After you've made a purchase, please allow up to 5 business days (which is not included with the delivery time) for our team and suppliers to process and fulfill your order. Typically, it may take around 1-3 weeks for your items to be delivered. However, the actual delivery time can vary depending on your location. Keep in mind the delivery time does not keep into consideration public holidays, so if there's a public holiday, then the delivery time will take longer.
You may be responsible for any customs or local delivery charges incurred.
Currently, we offer free shipping on all products. However, any additional delivery charges or fees set by the local post office or the customs are the customer’s responsibility.
Yes, embroidered items may occasionally have a longer fulfillment time compared to printed products.

When unboxing a newly purchased shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might detect a scent resembling vinegar or spot a faint off-white residue. No need for concern, as this is a common occurrence and not a lasting issue.
This odor and residue are a result of a fixation agent applied during the printing process, a standard practice in the DTG printing industry. Its purpose is to facilitate the bonding of ink with the fabric. Without this agent, the ink could potentially flake off from the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
Our commitment is to get your orders out as swiftly as possible. However, orders may be shipped separately or together based on fulfillment times. Please remember that we print on demand and our stock may be limited, so shipping times can vary depending on the items you've ordered.
Kindly double-check your spam/junk folder after making a purchase with us. Please note that shipment tracking details will be emailed to you once the items are dispatched.
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

At The Humble Edit, we prioritize fast order processing to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, our team immediately starts processing it, therefore we cannot make any modifications to your order.
If your order has started fulfillment, we won't be able to cancel it.
The delivery attempt might not have been successful due to your absence during the scheduled delivery time. We strongly recommend using your local postal service's tracking system to monitor the status of your order or try contacting them directly. If you prefer not to wait for a reattempted delivery, you also have the option to personally collect the package from the post office.
We recommend checking your size before making a purchase. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes. Due to our print-on-demand model, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged products when recieved.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, we only accept the the return for faulty or damaged products within a 7-day period from the date of delivery. No, exchanges are not accepted.
After The Humble Edit receives your return and the product has been assessed and accepted, please allow for 5-10 business days for the processing to be completed. Keep in mind that there might be an additional waiting period from your bank before the refund is posted to your account. Rest assured, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email once our team has processed your refund and it's on its way.
