REQUESTING A RETURN:

We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. When initiating a return, please send proof via email before the return or refund process can begin.

To initiate a return, simply visit this page or contact us at support@thehumbleedit.com. For all eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

However, please note that certain products you purchase may come with a specific supplier's return address. In such cases, we will collaborate closely with you to ensure that all return requirements are met and your refund is processed efficiently. Rest assured, we are here to assist you throughout the process.

Moreover, if a customer does not pick up or receive their package from the post office, resulting in it being returned to our supplier, a refund cannot be issued at this time. If the customer wishes to have the package resent, they may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, if applicable.

Any returns made without notifying our team or the request of a go ahead from our team will NOT be accepted.

EXCHANGES:
Kindly note that exchanges are not possible.

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, we only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. 

COLLECTION PURCHASES:
For Collection purchases, kindly note that individual items cannot be returned separately.

ّOTHER REASONS / PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products that are not available anymore (based on customer's country of residence/ order address).
  • Buyer's Remorse
  • Size Exchanges
  • Products purchased through special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted offers (unless they are defective or damaged)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., intimate apparel, cosmetics, etc.

Please ensure that returned items adhere to the aforementioned guidelines for a smooth refund process. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund products that don't meet these criteria.

TIMELY RETURNS:
You have a 7-day window, starting from the date of delivery, to request a return.

INCORRECT ORDERS:
If you received a different item than the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Simply reach out to our dedicated support team at support@thehumbleedit.com with your order details, and we'll swiftly correct the error.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once order fulfillment starts, we cannot cancel them.

REFUND PROCESS:
After the returns have been accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment account. Please allow 5-10 business days for card refunds to reflect in your account.
