REQUESTING A RETURN:
To initiate a return, simply visit this page or contact us at support@thehumbleedit.com. For all other eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

However, please note that certain products you purchase may come with a specific supplier's return address. In such cases, we will collaborate closely with you to ensure that all return requirements are met and your refund or exchange is processed efficiently. Rest assured, we are here to assist you throughout the process.

EXCHANGES:
Kindly note that exchanges are not possible, you'll need to return the one you received and make a new purchase.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. 

COLLECTION PURCHASES:
For Collection purchases, kindly note that individual items cannot be returned separately.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products purchased through special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted offers (unless they are defective or damaged)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., intimate apparel, cosmetics, etc.)

Please ensure that returned items adhere to the aforementioned guidelines for a smooth refund process. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund products that don't meet these criteria.

TIMELY RETURNS:
You have a 14-day window, starting from the date of your order, to request a return.

INCORRECT ORDERS:

REFUND PROCESS:
After the returns have been accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment account. Please allow 5-10 working days for card refunds to reflect in your account.
